Welcome to Reach. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reach mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Reach AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Reach", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register:
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. Use of the Service
3.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without our consent
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
3.2 AI-Powered Features
The Service uses artificial intelligence to facilitate connections and conversations. You understand that:
- AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
- AI is used to help match users based on stated intentions and preferences
- You should verify any important information received through the Service
- AI features are continuously improving and may change over time
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Reach AI LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also request to delete your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any matches or connections will result in successful relationships
- Users are who they claim to be
- AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACH AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO REACH AI LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reach AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Subscriptions and Payments
10.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The Service offers auto-renewable subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region. By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan
10.2 Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
10.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Reach AI LLC does not process refunds directly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
