Child Safety Standards
Last updated: February 8, 2026
At Reach, we are deeply committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We work actively to prevent, detect, and report any such content or behavior on our platform.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Reach strictly prohibits the uploading, sharing, or distribution of identifying information or content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes:
- Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexual activity.
- Content that sexualizes minors.
- Grooming behavior or predatory interactions.
Any account found violating this policy will be permanently banned immediately, and the incident will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. Reporting Mechanisms
We empower our community to help us keep Reach safe. If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately:
2.1 In-App Reporting
You can report any user or message directly within the app:
- Profiles: Tap the "..." menu on a user's profile and select "Report User".
- Chat: Long-press a message or open chat settings to report specific content.
Select "Child Safety" or "Prohibited Content" as the reason. These reports are prioritized for immediate review by our safety team.
2.2 Email Reporting
You can also report concerns directly to our Trust & Safety team via email:
Email: contact@reach-ai.world
Please include "Child Safety Report" in the subject line and provide as much detail as possible (screenshots, user IDs, etc.) to help us investigate.
3. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of child exploitation cases. We preserve data as required by law and proactively report apparent instances of child exploitation to NCMEC.
4. Safety Tips for Parents and Guardians
Reach is intended for users aged 18 and older. We use age verification measures during sign-up. If you possess information that a child under 18 is using our service, please contact us immediately so we can disable the account.
5. Getting Help
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services.
